Paperless billing lets you view and pay your bill all online, from the convenience of your own tablet, computer or phone without the need to pay for postage and envelopes. By default, SecureNet sends your statement in an email but enrolling in our online billing portal takes it a step further, allowing you to manage your payment methods and view your entire billing history.
You can always download and/or print your bills from the email received from SecureNet, or through our online billing portal - however, if you would still like your bills mailed to your address, give us a call or email us and we can re-enable this feature on your account.
Printing, packing and mailing thousands of paper bills is needlessly expensive, adds to operational overhead and wastes thousands upon thousands of sheets of paper per month.
To keep our prices as low as we can for our customers, switching to paperless billing saves everyone money. As a growing LOCAL company and the rise in costs across the board - starting in August, we will be going paperless by default.
